Limited Warranty Coverage:

InvisibleMask warrants that Paint Protection films sold by InvisibleMask LLC will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for five years(Scotchgard Film or Ventureshield Film) and 7 years (Scotchgard Pro) from original purchase. Defects in materials include cracking, yellowing, peeling from loss of adhesion and bubbling.

Important Notice: InvisibleMask MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. User is responsible for determining whether InvisibleMask paint protection film is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's method of application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability: If InvisibleMask paint protection film is proved to be defective. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT InvisibleMask's OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE InvisibleMask PRODUCT. InvisibleMask shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but not limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.

Care and Maintenance: For maximum performance of InvisibleMask Paint Protection Films it is recommended that frequent washings and care consistent with automobile manufacturer's recommendations for surfaces be used. A regular application of high quality automotive wax (without abrasive compounds) will help retain the luster and performance of InvisibleMask paint protection films.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks or road debris. The warranty is only provided to the purchaser and is not tranferable.  This warranty does not apply to unclear film.

Returns: InvisibleMask Paint Protection Kits are specific to each vehicle or vehicle submodel. Kits are not manufactured until you order them and are specific to your vehicle. Therefore they are treated as "Special Order". Installation of kits are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
